Last Friday, we welcomed a client from Turkey to our factory for a direct discussion on a complete river pebble crushing and sand-making production line. The visit aimed to evaluate our equipment quality and understand how our team designs efficient crushing and screening processes.

Our engineers introduced a practical workflow for handling hard river pebbles, covering primary crushing, secondary crushing, sand making, screening, and washing. We also explained suitable machine combinations, including jaw crushers, cone crushers, VSI sand makers, vibrating screens, and supporting systems. The customer reviewed the layout and appreciated how the design improves capacity and ensures stable production of high-quality sand.

Based on the customer’s required output and site conditions, we offered a tailored process plan and a clear, itemized quotation. The Turkish client spoke highly of our technical strength and the level of detail in our proposal.

The visit ended on a positive note, with both sides reaching an initial intention to cooperate on the river pebble crushing project. This meeting further strengthens our connection with the Turkish market and reflects the growing interest in our mineral processing solutions.
